The Festival, organised by the Nuovo Comitato il Nobel per i Disabili and the Public Departments of Mental Health of several Italian cities, beside the discussion among sectorial professionals, aims to the involvement of many people with mental disabilities in the exhibition of their graphic pictorial works and to support the creativity and visibility of otherwise invisible artists pursuing a full citizenship goal.
